Listening Lodge is a place where listening is practiced as a form of action. Guided by the Ojibwe concept of Initaw–Initan—to hear in a certain way, and to understand in a certain way—the Lodge centers intentional listening as the foundation for teaching, storytelling, music, cultural transmission, and living memory. Listening here is not passive; it is learned, practiced, and carried forward.
